Order Processing/Handling:
Most orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of being received.

Stock-Up Special $5 Shipping:
All RETAIL orders placed within the United States and its territories (P.O. Boxes are fine) will be shipped for a flat-rate charge of $5, regardless of volume and destination. Shipper will be, at our discretion, either USPS Priority Mail (typical transit time two to three business days) or UPS Ground (typical transit time two to six business days).

Other Shipping Options:
In addition, customers may choose USPS Parcel Post or USPS Priority Mail for domestic U.S. addresses; or USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Express Mail International for foreign addresses. Your shipping rate will be calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location.

Wholesale Shipping:
All wholesale orders will be shipped via UPS Ground for a flat-rate charge of $5. Typical transit time for UPS Ground is two to six business days. See this chart for the approximate transit time.

Wrong Addresses: If you provide an incorrect shipping address and your package is returned to us, and you wish the package to be re-delivered to the corrected address, we will charge you for the additional full shipping cost before delivery is performed. Please check your address entry before completing orders.

International Orders - Customs: It is your responsibility to verify with the Customs office that the items you order are allowed into the country to which they will be shipped. If the products are not allowed, they will be confiscated by that government. It is also your responsibility to discover if duties, or taxes, or customs fees are charged on your purchases. These fees are not included in the purchase or shipping fees Healthy Habits Pet Supplies charges. They are extra fees assessed by that government and are due and payable to them upon receipt of your merchandise.
